My favorite wheat bread recipe

Time to Bake!

1 1/2 cup warm water ,
1 1/2 cup warm (as above) milk
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp yeast
Add 5 and 2/3 cup flour
7 tsp vital wheat gluten
1-1/2 tsp kosher salt

Mix all the ingredients until combined and sticky and then place in a warm place for two hours.

Divide the dough into two medium sized greased bread pans and let rise about 45 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Great results every time!
